Day 1 is in the Record Books

Today was our first day of the 2012-2013 Boutte Academy school  year.  It was quite a success.  All of the kids enjoyed their school time today.  Megan even said that our day goes much better when we do school.  We all happen to agree.  We even squeezed in a trip to Kohl's today with no impact on the school day.  We all got up earlier that normal just because we were looking forward to our new adventure and stepped through our day at a nice pace.  We are still a day behind from last year's Story of the World, but should catch up tomorrow on that and then we will just be 2 days behind for this year's Story of the World which can easily be made up.  Very excited to have one day behind us and everyone enjoying the changes that we made.  Off to get ready for another awesome day tomorrow!!!
